City of London at Night - Part 1

I love going to London, so when the Camera club suggested a trip to London with our expert Street Photographer member I jumped at the chance.  Seven of us travelled to London leaving the cars at Putney and travelling the rest of the way on the London Underground.  We went in the afternoon so these are taken at dusk and early evening.

Carved wooden statue depicting Shakespeare's Seven Ages of Man  I'm not actually sure where this is. We walked up some steps to a small 'garden' and this was in the middle.

Shakespeare's Globe is a reconstruction of the Globe Theatre, an Elizabethan playhouse for which William Shakespeare wrote his plays, in the London Borough of Southwark, on the south bank of the River Thames. Wikipedia
