The Cathedral is right next to Borough Market, so it was not far to go. It was all very beautiful, as cathedrals are. Oddly I cannot find any information on its history.

The Elizabeth Tower which houses Big Ben (the bell which tolls the time) now without the scaffolding it has been under for quite a few years now whilst it was all being cleaned and the clock overhauled. I'm quite impressed with this photo - it was taken with my iPhone from a (slowly) moving coach |
