Reflections in a Window in France
Sorting out some photo's to file away I spotted this photo I took when in France last year. I was taking a 'reminder' picture of the square pots of herbs on the window ledge.
Gardens at Sandringham House, Norfolk
On our recent visit to Norfolk we visited Sandringham House, owned by Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth 2nd. It was not a very sunny day when we visited, but the planting here just shone out. It is all very beautiful.
Blakeny & Blickling Hall, Norfolk, April 2014
Last month we stayed in Norfolk for a week. The weather was mild, with a few sunny days. At Blakeny, this blackcap seagull posed for us on top of a tall post Before flying off Blickling Hall I loved the gargoyles Keeping watch (and warm in the winter?)
